Celebrating Flickr’s Five Billionth Photo of Woodward’s with 25 More

(Woodwards Collage, image courtesy yeaoarron)

I am Mr. 5 Billion, and there ain’t nothing you can do to stop me.

Something huge has happened and you need to know. Flickr reached five billion photos and Woodward’s won the lottery. Lucky yeoarron, a Vancouver based Flickr user, uploaded the above photo which is now known as The Five Billionth Photo and, it has gone viral. Henceforth, Woodward’s will always occupy a special place in the realms of technology and photography milestones.

I am so glad yeoaaron did not upload a photo of a shoe at that crucial moment. Truly, it is time to celebrate.

I fished out some of my own photos taken in and around Woodward’s to share with you. It is a tough task to top No. 5 billion so I better just go DOUBLE RAINBOW ALL THE WAY!!!
